Our new application WinFast is ready, which we developed for Central Bank of Turkey's new 24 hours/7 days instant payment platform. With this application, customers of financial institutions are able to create payments 24/7. Financial institutions which are using WinFast provide diversity in payment systems and time saving for their customers.
BIS won the “BEST FACTORING SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PROVIDER TURKEY 2019” award by Global Banking and Finance Review, a leading financial publication in the world.
We accepted this award on behalf of the entire BIS team and all of our customers who always encourage us to compete with ourselves and to keep improving our solutions.
We continue to push the limits with our software solutions. Our human resources applications are now used by some of the world’s most prestigious financial institutions and we actualized our biggest export to Italy. This project involved adapting our implementation to a completely different legal legislation and several manual business processes were automated, highly enhancing operational efficiency.
This export became a part of the high value-added exports, which Turkey aims to increase. It is also created the largest export volume in its own segment.
As BIS, we transcended borders again with our factoring products. We are proud to represent our country in the field of software again with our factoring product which is now being used in Germany. Our aim with the "Infact" factoring application is to quickly increase our market share in countries like Germany where advanced factoring practices are present.
In addition to commercial projects, BIS also participated in a very important social responsibility project in 2019. With the Erasmus+ project which is funded by the European Union, BIS supported the development of a website and mobile application to help women who have taken time off and have suspended their careers for various reasons to return and adapt to the modern business world. The portal and mobile application is available in five languages, raises awareness for women to be reintegrated into business life, enables them to create résumés, provides educational content with a curriculum based on specific needs as well as coaching to support the return of unemployed women to professional life.
